- Bachelor ?s degree from Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering or related field
- Thai National Only, Male/Female with a few years of working experiences of engineering operation
- Conversational English communication skill
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, result oriented, self-manage and decisive
- Team work with high standard of work and attention to details.

- Being able to work on flexible hours/shift as necessary
- Respond to all guest?s requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspect all existing properties and new construct properties
- Guidance maintenance / repair solution for hotels and administrative offices
- Interact and communicate directly with all relevant contractors in order to achieve an ultimate goal
- Maintain the room preventative maintenance program and consistently keep updated records on file.
- Manage and trouble-shoot the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment,
electrical and life safety systems.
- Inspect, evaluate, and develop solution for physical condition of facilities, tools, equipment, or machines in order to determine the type of work required and serve maintenance service activities such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Provide construction report during the construction / renovation of the new property assign by construction manager
